Welcome to Class 5

Reading/Homework

All children need to bring their reading folders with their reading record and reading book to school everyday. Their reading book will be changed when ready and parents/guardians need to write a comment when the child has read. Please can you listen to your child every night for at least 10 minutes. Any homework given needs to be returned on the date provided.

P.E/Fitness

Please can all children bring in a P.E kit to school at the beginning of term. This needs to include trainers, shorts/trousers and t-shirt. If they are participating in after school clubs they need to remember to return the kit the next day. Children also need to remember all jewellery needs to be taking out. The children will also be taking part in daily fitness sessions therefore they need to either wear trainers to school or can change them before fitness.

Dinners/Fruit

All dinners must be paid on a Monday for the week. Children can also either bring their own piece of fruit for break time or pay 30p per day. The children are responsible for their own money.
